O'Keeffe & Swartz
Tell us a little about yourself and your insurance career.
I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 21 years. I started as a Sales Consultant and worked my way up to my current role as Chief Commercial Officer at O'Keeffe & Swartz. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead teams, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of the business. Outside of work, I’m married to my amazing husband, Bryan, and we have a fun and energetic 2.5-year-old son, Parker. Being a mom is one of the best parts of my life. Parker has taught me patience, how to see joy in the little things, and the importance of always maintaining a sense of humour. Balancing work and family can be challenging, but it’s also incredibly rewarding and keeps me motivated to do my best every day.
